My issue was resolved quickly. We are traveling in our rv and have been away from home for more than 30 days.
We were not able to log our devices on at home since we are on the road. Help was just a phone call away.
Made the call and the customer service rep was very helpful and got us back online within a few minutes. Thank you!!!
At least once a month, my Hulu will pop up on the screen and says it looks like you have changed addresses. And it will not allow me to watch live TV.
I have to call and sit on hold to get a hold of customer service.
But I must say once I do reach someone they are always very helpful and very quick at their job. Its just the aggravation of having to do this once a month every month, and you never know when its gonna happen
