I was trying to switch over from Netflix to Hulu to watch my favorite TV shows, all being 20 or more years old. My computers are old like me, and use old browsers.
There is no possibility of upgrading the browsers because the computers are too old for the upgrades.
I called to find out if Hulu would work with my old computers and browsers (Netflix does with Safari). The person keep repeating "you need to upgrade your browsers to the latest," despite me repeated to her that that is not possibility, and that means I would need to buy new computers to watch Hulu! She kept repeating her uneducated answer, then threw in the attitude on top of it.
I thanked her and hung up.
If Hulu Tech "support" works like this, I AM STAYING WITH NETFLIX. One customer less for you, Hulu
User's recommendation: Don' t bother calling Hulu tech support for questions.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
