It took me over 24 minutes to get an agent on the phone!I was attempting chat support on my laptop at the same time to no avail.
Hulu's support website had a note stating: "NOTE: Due to high call volume the wait time is currently shorter on chat". However, I had an agent answer the phone before an online agent. Ridiculous. All that just to try and get my plan to upgrade to "no commercials".
I was trying to pay them ADDITIONAL money, and their service was so poor they couldn't even help me do that.Stick with Netflix until they too decide to add commercials.
