Hulu charged me before my free subscription ended with no email or forewarning. I called immediately and was immediately refunded.

I signed up for a couple days free trial ending on 09/21. I am a disabled man so I woke about 12p on 09/21 and went to cancel my subscription and I had already been charged for the month.

I do not need or want to continue this service through the month. I need my money refunded to my account to survive. I need this refund processed immediately so I can eat. Since JULY 2nd 2024 I am a high level amputee on a fixed income who cannot afford this loss of funds.

I tried calling customer service but have not been able to connect with an agent. Please refund my money to avoid interference with DRTX(disability rights organization).

Monetary Loss: $89.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hulu Pros: Great movies and tv.

Hulu Cons: No forewarned charges they will not email to let you know before they charge.
