The service is intirely too expensive.
Please just cancel my subscription and give me a refund for this month's service. I no longer desire to use Hulu services.

Why I can't get WWE on my Hulu I have Hulu + Disney channels I can't even get real tv or WWE I'm kinda mad about this then I go to the app of mine it only goes back all done to 2025 yr only

Can’t access a show on hulu
- - Watched Love Story 1–3 and Paradise; episode 4 won't start, technician tried a fix, Hulu access failed, account canceled and refund requested.
The person I spoke to kept putting me on hold while he tried to get an answer to my problem but he couldn’t help me so I told him to cancel my account.
I also watched Paradise the other day. When I clicked on the arrow to watch episode 4 of Love Story, nothing happened. The show wouldn't start. The technician did something on his end, and then I couldn't get anything at all from Hulu.
I don't think he knew what he was doing, and I was afraid that he would mess up my TV settings, so I told him to cancel my account and refund my initial payment.
I'm very disappointed with HULU because I wanted to watch those two shows. Can you do anything to resolve this issue?

Customer service guy was supposed to get me the number, to call Peacock. But, disappeared, and never came back.

- Some promos are fake and i dont know who to call to find out which ones are
Preferred solution: I was just trying to get the Peacock promotion. I'm not sure if I did. I get some stuff on Peacock, but not very much.

Update Payment Information
- - Tried updating payment info via app and online; it kept switching between Hulu and Disney.
- - A human agent resolved it after five tries.
Tried to update payment information through app and online. Followed instructions, but it kept switching me between Hulu and Disney and kept telling me to log in and input all of my information.
All of this was already done! After about 5 times of this, I was so frustrated and called customer service to talk to a human being. He had the same issues I had, but was able to resolve the problem.
Thank you Jesus! I look forward to to the day when we can talk to only HUMAN BEINGS when we have problems!!!

No one spoke to me. I called the number, and it sounded like a busy signal.
I'm very unhappy with Hulu. When I went to watch something, it said to log into my Disney account, which I don't have.

They had to reset it. It was outta my network. Just call.
Great the lady that helped me did Wonderful. She had great customer service and took care of all my needs.
She walked me throw everything. Absolutely Wonderful Customer Service.

Funds were taking out of my account without my consent. Im paying my Hulu thru my Ixfinity account . And Hulu was also taking out $12 dollars a month .

I’ve called several times and still haven’t received any results.
I'm tired of paying for *** service! It's been over a month and still can't get Hulu on my TV.
Looks like it's time to find a new television provider. This is not OK. They don't even offer you a credit for the time you can't watch Hulu that you're paying for.
On a scale of one to ten, ten being best, I would not recommend Hulu to anyone. I give them a -9.

Very efficient
The service person explained the situation, and my understanding was much better. They explained the billing system. I am very happy with the results.
