Are you planning an upgrade or MEANINGFUL improvements to your system, EVER? We've been dealing with a 1990s interface for 20 years, along with numerous quirks, problems you just refuse to fix!

How much longer are your going to take money and refuse to use any on infrastructure? They continue to take money and pocket it, doing as little as possible to improve the customer experience. Just small minded, infantile in their thinking, which is why the service mimics this experience for users. People have been echoing the same problems for over a decade and they fall on deaf ears.

I'm done trying to communicate with them or waiting for something that apparently will never come. Goodbye losers!
