We have 3 Roku devices and for first couple of days after the "update" Hulu wasn't even working we kept getting error messages after going through the steps of setting up our profiles. Now I we absolutely HATE the new format.

Before it was so great and easy, you selected your favorites shows and it told you when new episodes were available. Now you have to select "like shows" and it then scroll down to find something and if it wasn't what you wanted click back and it takes you all the way back to the top and you have to start again! for example on TV it shows family matters, sabrins teenage witch, step by step, I mean come on, what century is this? I didn't watch those shows when they were out and now I have to scroll down and past them every time I try to find what I am looking for?

Yes I know this is a first world problem- but if I have to pay for something, I want it to be this way, not that way. so, they will be having one less customer...

Reason of review: horrible interface update.

Preferred solution: return to previous format PLEASE!!!!!.

I liked: Old format, Hulu product prior to may 3.

I didn't like: Do not like the new update, Interface is moronic.
