I have called 4 times in the last two weeks And stayed on hold for over 30 mins, has to hang up. Today the wait is was 16 mins and since I wasnt at home I couldnt tell him which credit card I used for payment, so resolving my issue would mean calling again, being on hold, to provide that.

Yall had me set up a password when I opened the account, that was never asked nor was given any other security options. My Hulu works about 40 percent of the time. I am clearly very displeased with your customer service. My parents, son, and myself will all be cancelling.

Thanks again for helping Milo. This person certainly has no interest in maintains your customer satisfaction.

I will call back with the whole family with the all of the info and you can be rid of all of us. Ill remain patient and stay on the phone 6 hours if needed while you find someone to accommodate us, so we may move on to a provider that will appreciate our business.
