For the past 6 months they keep turning my service off telling me that I need to update my card information. For the past 5 months I have to call and sit on hold for damn near 30 minutes to give them the same card information they already have on file.

NO INFORMATION HAS CHANGED.

I refuse to call this month and stay on hold for another 30 mins just to give them my same information. I am sick of them and will be canceling my services because they do not have their stuff together, especially as much as people pay for their services.

Review about: Hulu Customer Care.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: For dealing with this mess for the past 6 months... I should get 6 months free.. then I won't cancel..

I didn't like: Commercials too many.
