For the past 6 months they keep turning my service off telling me that I need to update my card information.For the past 5 months I have to call and sit on hold for damn near 30 minutes to give them the same card information they already have on file.

NO INFORMATION HAS CHANGED.

I refuse to call this month and stay on hold for another 30 mins just to give them my same information.I am sick of them and will be canceling my services because they do not have their stuff together, especially as much as people pay for their services.

Review about: Hulu Customer Care.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: For dealing with this mess for the past 6 months... I should get 6 months free.. then I won't cancel..

I didn't like: Commercials too many.
