Hulu Plus *** How are they going to cancel my subscription after I paid them for the month of January and then turn right around and charge me $8.99 for the following month? I have sent numerous e-mails trying to get them to credit my card the amount they billed me for and I keep getting *** messages back saying they got my message and will see what they can do as soon as they can.

WOW! I promised them I was not going to stop until i got my $8.99 back (suppose to be $7.99 I thought)and I mean to keep my word.

Unlike what they do! Netflix Rules!

They did the same thing to me only worse! After someone HACKED my account from Peru (i live in California) I told them that I wanted to cancel my account.

Which they did. Then they started a new account without my knowlege and I just found out I've been paying $11.99/ month for the last 2 years!

Considering a law suit, this should not be okay!

This happened 2 months after I canceled my account, they refunded and everything was fine. Until a year later when they've decided to not notify me they've been charging me for the past 6 months, I don't notice a 12.75 charge but it's BS! Never get Hulu!

i cancelled an account and just saw that they turned around and made a new "trial" account and i've been paying $11.99 for the past 2 years on an old paypal account.

I canceled my subscription and got a refund. A month later they started charging me again for three months.

Then another year later the did it again for another 8 months. They said that I started the service again 3 months after I moved to a place where I don't have the internet speed to support the service. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Oddly enough it is what Hulu said to do.

They could refund 3 months but if I wanted more than that I had to dispute it with the bank.

I cancelled, they said my service was good til June 3rd, 2015... they charged me for another month TODAY!!

Same thing here, bro. I cancelled and BAM...next month there is the charge. A HUGE company like Hulu can do this and if they have 10% who dont give a ***, that's a lot of money to rip off people.
