-watchlist feature is TERRIBLE, so user-unfriendly, very difficult to understand what's new and unwatched. So many bugs, so badly conceived. It is as if they don't test or use their own product. They did away with "***", a feature that worked, and replaced it with "watchlist", which doesn't. For one thing, you cannot remove an episode from your watchlist. For another, the most recent show, the one you want to watch, is off-the-screen to the right, you have to scroll to it. So many bugs.

-worst buffering of all the services...constantly stalls and re-buffers where Netflix and Vudu and Amazon do not.

-they charge you for a service that has commercials!

seriously, Hulu is the very worst.

There is no way to contact them! I subscribed through Apple and I can not get shows to play.

They have no customer service!! There is no way to contact them!!!
