While it looks pretty, functionality is NOT there. You cannot get to your watch list, you have to treat like a separate entity.

Not ideal and customers are not going to like it. I am a customer and I hate the new app. I will watch at home from my watch list. Mobile I will watch netflix and prime or whatever else is available.

Fix the app or revert back or I bet you lose customers. As I type this I am looking at the app on my phone... it sucks.

I shouldn't have to search for things that are actually on my watch list. Why "fix" something that worked great previously?

Product or Service Mentioned: Hulu Mobile Application.

Reason of review: app is terrible.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Website and the previous app, Old app, Shows offered, Variety.

I didn't like: New app functionality.

I AGREE. all I see is text with empty boxes wher it looks like a picture would go. I can't find anything and it is just too cumbersome to use.


I totally agree!! They could at least offer a revert or view option to change to the old style if you like that more. ...or they should charge half as much since the app works half as well.
