I cancelled my subscription as customer service was impossible to reach and then they were not helpful.

Cancelled my Hulu subscription yesterday after the new Roku interface was automatically installed. My watchlist had vanished, the new interface makes it extremely difficult to find anything; unless they have gotten rid of most of their content, I have no idea where the bulk of the movie catalogue is hiding.

The graphics and flashing colors are maddening to anyone over the age of 5. My efforts to get a repvfrom Hulu either via chat or phone and were unsuccessful. With everything in the world such a mess right now, the little comforts become important.

Instead of providing some avenue of escape, Hulu is now total frustration. I felt the only way I could effectively vote on the changes was to cancel.
