The new app UI makes it incredibly difficult to find content to watch.That's pretty much its only job.

I contacted Hulu customer service and was told: "Sorry to hear that. At this time there is not a way to go back to the old interface unless the device you are using does not support it. I understand that the new interface can take some getting used to, but I can say once I did I find myself liking it more and more." After I expressed my concerns in detail, the support analyst said this: "I understand that.

We have been getting similar feedback to this.I am aware of that and hopefully we can soon make it an option to switch back." So, maybe there is some hope after all.

I liked: Content, Old hulu, Easy access to shows i watched.

I didn't like: New user inteface to find content, Sucky new update, Interface is moronic, New interface is unusable.
