With all of the sports selections the didnt even have a football section for NFL games. Cant seem to be able to watch games in the future.

Hulu freezes after commercials
It's bad enough that Hulu makes me watch the same commercials during every break of every show, but now the app freezes after each commercial break. I have to turn off the TV, turn it back on, restart Hulu, restart the show, and re-watch the commercials.
Then maybe I get to see the next segment of the show. This stinks. I'm almost ready to go back to cable. And that's saying something.
( i'm using Hulu on a Vizio TV, hardwired, with excellent broadband service. It's Hulu, not me.)
The new interface is wretched
I canceled after being forced to use the new interface. It's difficult to navigate and has removed many of the features that made the old Hulu interface so user friendly.
Autoplay will play shows you do not want to watch. Your watchlist is difficult to find and no longer allows you to find your unwatched shows at the top of the list. It is VERY easy to find shows that you do not want to watch, as Hulu will shove them down your throat on every screen. What you won't see?
Your stuff.
People have been complaining about this for months after they were forced to use this UI on other devices...but Hulu pushed it anyway.
I am not paying for a service that ignores it's customers and, because of that, has no clue what they want.

I was told I was gonna have the Hulu Paramount+ and Disney all for the total 11.99 my credit card has been charged $14.82 every month since I switched. They do not offer everything on Paramount+ through this offer.
You only get a few things that they want you to have so I called and canceled it, and I will pay for Paramount+ by itself and Hulu by itself doing the combo thing is ridiculous talking to people who dont speak English I could barely understand.
I cant do this. I need to understand what youre saying and how much its gonna cost me when youre on a limited income and disabled.

The chat experience was ridiculous! I simply called to have Disney removed from my basic Hulu account.
I inadvertently ordered Disney and that is why I wanted to make that change. I supplied the chat agent with my full name email address the name of my credit union and the last five numbers of my account and that still wasnt enough for the change to be made, so out of frustration I eventually found a phone number and was able to speak to a live agent. That didnt go much better because after repeating all of the information that I had provided on chat, she tells me she cant find that I even have Disney! She then found it after a bit, she located it and said she would cancel.
I just dont understand why such a simple request became such a complicated endeavor.
If I ever have to call Hulu again, which I pray to God I dont, if this kind of nonsense occurs, I will just cancel Hulu and never ever get it again and go back to Comcast.
Hulu is cheaper but a disaster trying to get something so simple taken care of. The agent that I spoke with was a freakin idiot!

Issue has not been resolved. I was asked to send a screenshot to an email that was undeliverable.
I asked for a supervisor and no one was available. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
Someone, please solve my issue or I will cancel my service. I have no access to any September episodes of GH.

I tried Hulu's free one-month subscription and it is the absolute worst movie site I've used. The site itself is extremely slow and difficult to navigate.
Watching a multi-season series of episodes is a painstaking chore, exacerbated by their disabling of right clicks. All subtitles are out of sync with the video. Watching movies is frustrating at best, with frequent stopping to load, lengthy delays when skipping 10 seconds back or forward; there's even a long delay when trying to pause a frame. Good luck with that!
Even the free bootleg movie sites are faster and easier to navigate than Hulu! And then there are all the ads that slow everything down even more and ruin the movie. They are milking the profits from both ends, where you have to pay to subscribe, then pay again to get rid of the ads! Their movie selections are about the same as all the others, but they have little or no original content or series.
With very few exceptions, all of their movies are available on other sites, and all of those sites are far more user friendly. Their overall performance is so bad I canceled my subscription early - and it was a FREE subscription, so that should tell you how bad they are.

I am writing to express my frustration with the experience I recently had while using Hulu on my TV. I was unable to disable the audio description feature despite numerous attempts. I went through all the expected channels—Accessibility, Settings—but there was no toggle button available for the audio description. I noticed there are options for subtitles and autoplay, and I could see a bar for the audio description, but there was no way to actually turn it on or off.
I spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative, who I believe was located in the Philippines. Unfortunately, she only repeated the obvious instructions, like going to Accessibility and Settings—steps I had already taken, without success. This experience was not only frustrating but a waste of time.
Ultimately, I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. I am extremely disappointed, as I had been a loyal Hulu customer for a long time. It should not be this difficult to manage basic accessibility features, and I urge you to review and improve the process for turning off audio descriptions.

I currently pay $7.99 a month for Hulu and Disney.
I put my account on pause for one month 2 days before any of this happened.
I received an email stating my account has been updated and felt everything was okay.
A few days later the Hulu system added Hulu, Disney and Max.
I was charged $25.98 and also charge $0.53 for using one day of Max according to Hulu.
The refund of $25.98 + $0.53 takes three to five days.
As a customer and from a business point of view I feel like I've been slammed, bullied and I'm dealing with fraud regarding my checking account.

I have two issues with Hulu. Issue 1: Five recordings I have deleted reappear when they are rerun.
Issue 2: Three shows added to 'my stuff' that I can't remove. Both of these issues were reported to Hulu over a year ago and they still haven't been fixed.
I was told that it's a known issue. I'm very close to canceling Hulu.

The comments are giving you an update. My Hulu freezes all the time. Commercials, between shows, in the middle of an amazing finish to a sporting event.
They know that the "uninstall and reinstall" the app instructions is a smokescreen to say "we do not know what the *** we are doing." Dumping Hulu again. If Hulu is the model for "streaming is the future," give me back my coaxial cable.
