Update credit card information
After calling Hulu, and waiting over an hour, finally got a agent, she could not find my account, and said she would put me on a short hold while she could look up my info. After waiting for her, for 10min, I got disconnected.
And trying to log into my account, to change my payment update, trying for over an hour, could not get to the page. This is frustrating and uncalled for.
Horrible customer service. Pissed isn't even close to how I feel

Hulu freezes after commercials

It's bad enough that Hulu makes me watch the same commercials during every break of every show, but now the app freezes after each commercial break. I have to turn off the TV, turn it back on, restart Hulu, restart the show, and re-watch the commercials.
Then maybe I get to see the next segment of the show. This stinks. I'm almost ready to go back to cable. And that's saying something.
( i'm using Hulu on a Vizio TV, hardwired, with excellent broadband service. It's Hulu, not me.)
The new interface is wretched

I canceled after being forced to use the new interface. It's difficult to navigate and has removed many of the features that made the old Hulu interface so user friendly.
Autoplay will play shows you do not want to watch. Your watchlist is difficult to find and no longer allows you to find your unwatched shows at the top of the list. It is VERY easy to find shows that you do not want to watch, as Hulu will shove them down your throat on every screen. What you won't see?
Your stuff.
People have been complaining about this for months after they were forced to use this UI on other devices...but Hulu pushed it anyway.
I am not paying for a service that ignores it's customers and, because of that, has no clue what they want.

- - I was hacked; emails were affected.
- - I opened a new email; others were hacked.
- - Linked cards were charged many times; Hulu billed $11.99 on the 4th.
Don't get it if it was a card, get a prepaid card and only put that amount on it because they charge me five times this month and three times last month on each of my different cards that I've used before. That's wrong and they tell me I have to pay them again 3 days. I should be 5 months ahead to rip-offs
Well, I opened up a new email, and it's running now: dannypardee123@***.com is the one that I'm using at this time. All my cards are connected together, and they continue to charge all four cards five times, and then the sixth time, they charge one of the SIM cards again for a different amount. Five of them were charged $11.99. One of them was $9.99 for each account; the same card charged double and triple, and on the 4th, they charged me again.
On the 4th of the month, it was an $11.99 charge to all for Hulu. How many Hulus do I need? I only have two Roku TVs.
I have them closed with multiple photos to show you what is going on with my account. I just re-hooked up Hulu a couple of days ago under the email I gave you above; the other ones were hacked.

User's recommendation: Don't live with anybody and have your cards connected to your accounts but for them to open their own account and you now realize so after they're gone that you're being charged double and triple it's BS. Can you please fix this for me? Give me credit for the months that you took for for each month or give me my money back. I prefer my money back because I live on a fixed income and they're only use Netflix prime free Paramount through Walmart, Hulu and peacock and YouTube. There's what I use and I don't pay for YouTube and don't pay for th Paramount plus either I get that through Walmart ey are free I mean

So I did it again; same thing, the order did not go through. So I checked my bank and $79 had been paid. I never heard from the driver. I called Publix; they said I have to contact Hulu.
I never received anything, but the charges remained. I'd like my $79 back, as my bank, Wells Fargo, advised me to do. Then they will step in. I've been in the hospital and I've been too ill to contact you.

I think Huhul its a great to bring a lot of shows and have a good experience with them, but they have too many commercial.

They know that the "uninstall and reinstall" the app instructions is a smokescreen to say "we do not know what the *** we are doing." Dumping Hulu again. If Hulu is the model for "streaming is the future," give me back my coaxial cable.

Hulu walked me through the process to un-install Hulu and then reinstall it. This can happen several during an evening.
Also, I am a race fan and we have missed the last 20 minutes of the last two races we were watching. Looking for a new streaming service.

We even turned WiFi off on our phone. Turned of everything. Rebooted tv and WiFi.
We get through the ad just fine and then it freezes. I’ve watched ad 2 of 2 14 times in a row.
