Hulu freezes after commercials
It's bad enough that Hulu makes me watch the same commercials during every break of every show, but now the app freezes after each commercial break. I have to turn off the TV, turn it back on, restart Hulu, restart the show, and re-watch the commercials.
Then maybe I get to see the next segment of the show. This stinks. I'm almost ready to go back to cable. And that's saying something.
( i'm using Hulu on a Vizio TV, hardwired, with excellent broadband service. It's Hulu, not me.)
The new interface is wretched
I canceled after being forced to use the new interface. It's difficult to navigate and has removed many of the features that made the old Hulu interface so user friendly.
Autoplay will play shows you do not want to watch. Your watchlist is difficult to find and no longer allows you to find your unwatched shows at the top of the list. It is VERY easy to find shows that you do not want to watch, as Hulu will shove them down your throat on every screen. What you won't see?
Your stuff.
People have been complaining about this for months after they were forced to use this UI on other devices...but Hulu pushed it anyway.
I am not paying for a service that ignores it's customers and, because of that, has no clue what they want.

Multiple subriptions taken out looking for a resolution.
I signed up for the bundle package and already had Hulu. I was charged for Hulu a few days prior, and then when the promotion asked for payment, I had all these new charges.
I'm not sure why they took out three, but I sent it to you from my bank for verification.
Multiple payments were taken out this month; three of them, please reverse. Thank you!

I’ve called several times and still haven’t received any results.
I'm tired of paying for *** service! It's been over a month and still can't get Hulu on my TV.
Looks like it's time to find a new television provider. This is not OK. They don't even offer you a credit for the time you can't watch Hulu that you're paying for.
On a scale of one to ten, ten being best, I would not recommend Hulu to anyone. I give them a -9.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Had to reset the TV.
They would never do a partial refund.
I actually did ask. Pretty sure I can't type the words that come to mind, let's just stick with..."Don't let them fool you".
Lynn was very helpful and nice however, the problem STILL continues. I get a screen stating that THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE PLAYING THIS, I don't understand.
I do not have that issue with the FREE streaming sites.
I should get a discount, or maybe just dump HULU altogether, with a note stating..I AM HAVING TROUBLE PAYING THIS.! It's not worth the aggravation!

Shameful complicity in government censorship and lack of courage, with 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' canceled 'indefinitely,' is just a corporate bow to speech restrictions by the government that are contrary to the public interest. Media censorship and restrictions on free speech do not serve the public interest. Instead, it dismantles our marketplace of ideas and diminishes transparency, accountability, and the free flow of information and ideas. Thus, along with 'Jimmy Kimmel,' my ABC, Hulu, Disney, and ESPN subscriptions are also canceled 'indefinitely.'

Be able to get into Disney+ and Hulu. I paid my subscription, but it wants me to reapply. Somehow, I got jumped up to a higher bracket, so I canceled it and restarted it at a lower one.
Lady did not help me and then hung up on me and I was very polite and kind
They charged me a payment I should have never been charged with. I applied for a one-month free trial of Hulu for a $1 payment. As soon as I unlocked my card, they charged me $21.99 for a month.

I want my money back. You are taking advantage of a disabled 70-year-old man, who has limited funds.

I'm 8 minutes 35 seconds into white collar and Ive had 1 45 second add before it started and two two minute ads already the amount of commercials is almost equal to the show and I *** paid for this it's completely unacceptable what a waste of money Hulu is I wouldn't be happy but I also wouldn't complain if it was free but talk about railing your customers

I was gone for about a week and when I returned, my Hulu was off!! I had to go through all the trouble of restarting by entering cord & such ! All TVs were affected!

The Hulu problem
The who the company keeps charging me 1199 something that I'm not getting from them I have Disney plus and Hulu combo with a promotion for $4.99 for a year but therefore not only do they charge me the 499 they charge me 1199 for Hulu you know it's getting pretty frustrating but every month I just called reimbursement money so thank you for the ladies that I've talked to 2 months in a row they managed to get my problem situated I just wish they could get it situated firmly till I got to say

Hulu continues to raise their prices while their services continues to decline, they don't offer their customers any resolution and contacting them is extremely difficult. Time to search for new streaming service

Dropped Live for basic $14 plan. I do not need ESPN and Disney.

The comments are giving you an update. My Hulu freezes all the time. Commercials, between shows, in the middle of an amazing finish to a sporting event.
They know that the "uninstall and reinstall" the app instructions is a smokescreen to say "we do not know what the *** we are doing." Dumping Hulu again. If Hulu is the model for "streaming is the future," give me back my coaxial cable.

Seriously considering returning to satellite TV. Cost is higher but performance (unless there's bad weather) is consistent.
If I was an advertiser I would be pissed. My screen is black or the commercials freezes.

My experience is a little worse. Programming will simply freeze and no way to correct.
Hulu walked me through the process to un-install Hulu and then reinstall it. This can happen several during an evening.
Also, I am a race fan and we have missed the last 20 minutes of the last two races we were watching. Looking for a new streaming service.
No fix yet, whoever thinks moving to Hulu will eliminate commercials is sadly mistaken. You get to watch the same ones during every break of the show - twice, because it constantly freezes and you then restart with the commercials again!!!!!

They have changed the navigation of their service twice in the last week. What is aggravating is they made it harder to navigate. However the idiot is that is running this garbage should be fired.

Exact same here. On a Visio ya with excellent service.
We even turned WiFi off on our phone. Turned of everything. Rebooted tv and WiFi.
We get through the ad just fine and then it freezes. I’ve watched ad 2 of 2 14 times in a row.
