Can’t fix what I need online
This company keeps raising my bill every month, and when I can't afford the add-on, it gives me no way to erase it off my bill. Therefore, I am being charged over 100 dollars for this service! I have spent over an hour or more trying to replace my payment method, and it keeps declining my card!

User's recommendation: Find a cheaper company to receive the live TV because it will charge you more and more and more until you might as well pay for Direct TV or A service like Comcast Xfinity!
Tried to cancel was put on hold for over 15 minutes. When I was supposed to be only a couple not happy, calling back.
I started with Hulu at bare bones, and now I'm paying $89.90, almost $90 a month. I do not need the service.
It's too hard to sign in on my T.V. I want to cancel the service.

The price has risen from an original 9.99 to 12.99, and you don't get anything special with it. The movies are also on other apps, and Prime by Amazon actually gives you more options for way less, and you can speak to someone who speaks English.
What happened, Hulu? You used to be the best, not now. The 30-day trial is gone too.
What happened to those? They offer them, but they don't exist.

Responded to Hulu email saying free month. They immediately took my money, did not replace. Don't respond to email claiming free month don't respond to email claiming free monthddThey immediately charged me, did not replace money and now Hulu "Not available in your country"

To express how supportive and smooth the rep took care business
- - Paused my subscription due to not having time to watch TV.
- - Resume with the same username and password and pay; no reselect needed, and existing items stay.
I needed to pause my account. Im working a lot and dont have the time to watch TV.
So I needed to pause my subscription.
The rep told me when I decide to use the service again to use my same PW & UN and make a payment. No need to re-select anything I've already have, but that it will keep whats there.

I need to sigh Hulu without ads, but you and Verizon still havent been able to fix this for me. Is now I have it only with ads and its a very frustrating.
Verizon said they will call me back.Nobody call me. And your company said they cannot help.

Couldn't get signed up, just run around; wanted $40 to talk with a technician. Couldn't get it through the AI that I wanted a phone number to talk with someone.
Signing up on the web took me to log in. Of course, can't log in if you're not signed up.
