Made six attempts to get a password reset link. Never received. Called customer service, their recording suggests to go online for help. This always *** people off. How can yoj fo that ic the problem is you cant log in? Really? Ths wait to talk to a rep was over an hour. Screw that. Keeping Netflix!!!

I subscribe with hulu 3 months ago i have not been able to watch a single movie everytime i need to login comes invalid so i decided to reset password like 10 times i never got a link back to be able to login so called talk to a person she said i sent a link for you in your email that never happened either so we pay 39.99 for nothing i am so fustrated

This is a weak service with no support. 4 days after email thanking me for subscribing I've never been able to login in. I start logging in then it ends up telling me to log in. Then the jerks want me to wait 35 minutes to talk to support. This is so bush-league....
