After a week i had problems with connections.After a chat the problem was gone the next day.
Last week i was unable to sign in and i just got the spinning ball and it froze my player. Had to unplug it to restart. I requested a chat again and the rep had me try a few things but nothing happened. He suggested my blue ray was not functioning properly.
I explained that i liked Hulu offerings but not with this aggrevation. I cancelled and he agreed to refund my cost.The rep was very nice and understood my delema.
If there oroblems are fixed, i would not hesitate to go back.Meanwhile Net flex,amazon, and vudu are working fine.
