Cancelled subscription online and after was offered a free 30 day. I have been charged since then.
I am on hold for the last 40 minutes with customer service after asking to speak to a supervisor to question this charge. I was told that I had not cancelled but accepted a "pre-cancellation offer" which I still don't understand clearly. Asked the customer service operator and the answer was a repeat of the words. I am truly disappointed in this company of which I have been a member since 2015.
Can it be that a large company has such limited staff that a person is placed on hold for such a long time? Or is it a way to make a person hang up in frustration.
