Message no account with that email, but I have receipt of info for payment with that email address. Tried chatting, she was to connect me with tech, so I could be advised as to how to place Hulu on my devices.
Rep said she would connect me with tech and I held on a long time, she never returned to chat. I tried calling the number listed online, no longer in service. I was finally sent temp password tried using it message said invalid password.
Each time I went to try and log in, which was at least ten times, I had to go through numerous verifications of items on screens. I rec an activation code on my TV I asked rep I was chatting with if that was for a new subscription or the one I already purchased, she could not tell me
User's recommendation: Do not get hulu.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
