I was searching the internet for a specific television show from Taiwan. An advertisement for Hulu said it was available.

I signed up for Hulu for that show and only that show. Now that I have paid to subscribe, guess what? Hulu DOESN'T have it. I tried to contact support.

I got directed to a blank page or logged out. Over and OVER. I tried finding another way to contact the company. None of the other links even work.

Nice business model, HULU. Make promises, then fail to deliver. Customer has a problem? Log them out.

Customer persists? Take them to a blank page. Customer persists? Log them out again.

Et cetera. Et cetera. (Lather, rinse, repeat.) I want a refund, but guess what? I CAN'T REACH ANYONE!

What an absolute scam. I have been a customer for mere minutes and I am already frustrated and DONE with this.

Product or Service Mentioned: Hulu Watchlist.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: False advertising and no customer support.
